PA-/PE-/PUR-Schläuche

PA-/PUR-/PE-Schläuche im RIEGLER Online-Shop - stöbern, entdecken & bestellen

Überall da, wo mit Druckluft gearbeitet wird, sind auch korrekt eingesetzte Schläuche und Schlauchverbindungen unersetzlich. Bei diesen können Techniker, Handwerker und Ingenieure nicht nur aus einer Vielzahl von Ausführungen wählen, sondern müssen zugleich auch die drei gängigen Materialien dafür berücksichtigen - Polyamid/PA, Polyurethan/PUR und Polyethylen/PE. Des Weiteren finden Sie neben den eigentlichen Schläuchen hier auch praktisches Zubehör zur Nachbearbeitung und beispielsweise Kürzung der Schläuche.

Worauf ist bei der Wahl der "richtigen" Schläuche zu achten?

Ob eine Schlauchverbindung korrekt gewählt wurde, hängt maßgeblich von deren späteren Einsatzzweck sowie der Beschaffenheit des gesamten Anlagensystems und des zu transportierenden Mediums ab.

Generell sollten Sie beim Einkauf von Schläuchen hierauf achten:

  • Anschlussart
  • Innendurchmesser
  • Länge
  • korrekt gewähltes Material

Über die Jahre haben sich mit den PA-/PUR-/PE-Schläuchen drei gängige Optionen durchgesetzt, die allesamt ihre eigenen Vor- und Nachteile mitbringen.

Polyamid-Schläuche besitzen beispielsweise eine exzellente chemische Beständigkeit, auch hohen Druck können sie weitgehend kompensieren. Einer der Nachteile dieses Materials ist, aufgrund der hohen Festigkeit, dass sich mit einer längeren Einsatzdauer Knicke bilden können.

Polyurethan-Schläuche werden mit "PUR" oder "PU" abgekürzt, charakteristisch für diese ist ihre hohe Abriebfestigkeit und Langlebigkeit. Schläuche aus diesem Kunststoff werden unter Ausschluss von Weichmachern hergestellt. Trotz ihrer hohen Flexibilität, oder gerade deswegen, sind sie ausgesprochen knickresistent.

Druckluftschläuche aus Polyethylen komplettieren das Dreiergespann. Typischerweise wird hierfür LD-PE zur Produktion genutzt, was die Abkürzung für "Low Density Polyethylen" ist. Schläuche aus diesem Kunststoff charakterisiert eine exzellente chemische Beständigkeit gepaart mit einer hohen Festigkeit und gutem Weiche-Grad. Des Weiteren sind PE-Schläuche typischerweise sehr wirtschaftlich.

PA-/PUR-/PE-Schläuche - die drei Materialien mit ihren Eigenschaften im Überblick

Ergänzend zu den bereits dargelegten Kurzprofilen der drei Materialien, lohnt sich speziell bei der Verwendung für Druckluft und Pneumatik eine genauere Betrachtung der einzelnen Werkstoffe.

Druckluftschläuche aus Polyurethan/PUR sind eine sehr gute Lösung für den Außenbereich. Die hohe Beständigkeit gegenüber unterschiedlichen chemischen Stoffen und die weichmacherfreie Produktion sorgen dafür, dass der Kunststoff eine natürliche Resistenz gegenüber Mikroben mitbringt. Des Weiteren ist er alterungsbeständig, knickfest und hat erstklassige Rückstellungseigenschaften.

Polyamid-Schläuche (PA) sind korrosionsfest, des Weiteren nimmt das Material nur wenig Wasser auf. Was bei einem Einsatz in Umgebungen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit wichtig ist. Eine ausreichend hohe UV-Beständigkeit liegt nur bei schwarzer Einfärbung vor, Polyamid ist dafür aber vakuumgeeignet und hat eine exzellente Kerbschlag- und Schlagzähigkeit.

Polyethylendruckluftschläuche (PE) sind eine preiswerte Lösung, wenn der Schlauch keine sehr hohe Beständigkeit gegenüber Ölen, Fetten und anderen Stoffen mitbringen muss. Speziell in der Verschraubungstechnik werden die PE-Schläuche mit ihrem wirtschaftlichen Preis gern eingesetzt.
