Shipping Information
Online Orders
From a net value of 75.00 EUR we deliver online orders free of charge via our online-shop with the standard shipping methods throughout Germany.
Incoming Orders
Orders received before 17:00 (Fridays until 15:00) are usually shipped on the same day.
International Shipping
Delivery worldwide under the consideration of all issues of export regulation and controls. We charge only the real transport cost based on incoterm FCA – no fixed amount.
For shipments abroad, under a net goods value of 150.00 EUR, we additionally charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 25.00 EUR (except for the EU member states and Switzerland).
Shipping note
*Please note that for shipments abroad, to German islands (island surcharge) as well as for freight by forwarding or bulky goods (pressure and suction hoses + industrial water hoses, pipe rods, rodless cylinder ZRL 1) neither your freight allowances nor the shipping flat rate of 8.50 EUR can be applied.
