Aufbereitung und Regelung

Druckluft wird in vielen Bereichen der Industrie und des Handwerks mit Kompressoren erzeugt. Die aus der Umgebung angesaugte Luft kommt mit verschiedenen Komponenten in Kontakt. Dies sind beispielsweise mechanischer Abrieb sowie Schmier- und Hilfsstoffe aus dem Kompressor. Zusätzlich enthält die Luft auch Wasser in Form von Luftfeuchtigkeit. Diese Feuchtigkeit kann besonders in niedrigen Temperaturbereichen zu Betriebsstörungen führen. Für die Arbeiten in Unternehmen, Werkstätten, Betrieben und im Handwerk muss Druckluft eine bestimmte und vor allem gleichmäßige Qualität haben. Für die Aufbereitung und Regelung von Druckluft führen wir ein breites Sortiment an verschiedenen Produkten. Filtern, Kondensatableitern und Öl-Wasser-Trennern. Für einen konstanten Luftdruck und einen zuverlässigen Betrieb der angeschlossenen Druckluftwerkzeuge, Druckluftanlagen oder pneumatisch geregelten Steuerungen kommen Druckregler zum Einsatz. Diese Regler reduzieren und regulieren den Luftdruck genau auf den gewünschten oder benötigten Betriebsdruck.

Aufbereitung und Regelung von Druckluft - die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand

Die zentrale Aufgabe der Druckluftaufbereitung ist einfach erklärt. Die modernen Wartungseinheiten oder komplexen Wartungssysteme filtern die verschiedenen Verunreinigungen aus der Druckluft. Dies geschieht passend zum jeweiligen Produktionsprozess und zur jeweiligen Branche. Des Weiteren wird dafür gesorgt, dass jederzeit eine technisch ölfreie und saubere Druckluft am Arbeitsort oder am jeweiligen Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung steht. Die Vorteile, die moderne Wartungssysteme, Wartungseinheiten und Regler mit sich bringen, liegen auf der Hand. Die Lebensdauer der angeschlossenen Druckluftverbraucher wird erhöht und Betriebsstörungen durch verschmutzte Druckluft werden verringert. Die angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen und Geräte bleiben länger rostfrei. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass weniger Druckverluste entstehen und dadurch der Energieverbrauch eingedämmt wird.

Wie wird Druckluft am besten aufbereitet und reguliert?

Für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf in Betrieben und Werkstätten ist saubere Druckluft bei vielen Arbeitsprozessen essenziell. In den Anlagen werden daher Filtereinheiten, Trockner und effektive Öl- und Wasserabscheider für die Aufbereitung und Regelung der Druckluft verwendet. Filter und Filtereinheiten kommen überall dort zum Einsatz, wo die Umgebungsluft durch verschiedene Stäube und Partikel verschmutzt ist. Zu den Verschmutzungen zählen zum Beispiel Feinstaub aus Abgasen, Pollen oder auch feine Partikel aus Produktionsmaterialien. In nahezu allen Produktionsstätten wird Druckluft benötigt, die frei von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit ist. Trockner, insbesondere Kältetrockner senken den Drucktaupunkt und filtern so das Kondensat aus der Druckluft. Durch das Auffangen des Kondensats werden Rohrleitungen, Maschinen und Geräte optimal vor Korrosion geschützt. Schmiermittel und Fette gelangen bei vielen Fertigungsprozessen in die Umgebungsluft. Sogenannte Öl-Wasser-Abscheider befreien die Druckluft von öligem Wasser. Die Aufbereitung und Regulierung von Druckluft trägt zur Kostenreduktion, Umweltfreundlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit bei.
