Öler für Druckluft

 

Zuverlässige Dauerschmierung durch Nebelöler

Ein Nebelöler ist ein Bauteil, welches hinter die Wartungseinheit in eine Druckluftanlage eingebaut wird. Seine Aufgabe ist es mechanisch reibende Bauteile mit einem ausreichenden Ölnebel zu versorgen.

 

Vorteile für die Druckluftanwendung

Druckluft ist die teuerste Energieform in einem Unternehmen. Sie bietet zwar etliche Vorteile beim Handling, ihre Erzeugung und ihre Weiterleitung wird jedoch mit einem geringen Wirkungsgrad erkauft. Der Grund dafür ist rein physikalisch: Anders als bei der Hydraulik treten bei der Pneumatik Kompressionsverluste auf. Eine zuverlässige Dauerschmierung aller beweglichen Bauteile ist daher ein wirksamer Beitrag dazu, den Wirkungsgrad der Pneumatik so hoch wie möglich zu halten.

Was muss ein Nebenöler leisten?

Die Öler aus dem RIEGLER Online-Shop überzeugen durch folgende Eigenschaften:

  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • einfach zu bedienen
  • Sichtkontrolle durch Schauglas
  • exzellente Vernebelung
  • geringer Reinigungs- und Wartungsaufwand
  • niedriger Ölverbrauch.

Unsere pneumatischen Öleinheiten sind nach außen luftdicht. Eine Verschmutzung der Umgebung findet damit nicht statt. Die Module lassen sich mit wenigen Handgriffen befüllen. Dabei ist kein Werkzeug erforderlich. Die Reinigung geschieht einfach mit einem sauberen Lappen. Die mikrofeine Vernebelung erzeugt einen Schmierfilm, der gerade stark genug ist, um die tribologischen Effekte zu erzielen. Das senkt den Verbrauch und reduziert den Verschleiß von mechanischen Bauteilen.


Anwendungsgebiete der Ölmodule

Die Öleinheiten aus unserem Programm sind für folgende Anwendungen ausgelegt:

  • Druckluftanwendungen
  • nicht brennbare oder giftige Gase
  • optional mit externer Ölbefüllung zur unterbrechungsfreien Versorgung mit Schmierstoff.


Unter diesen Voraussetzungen bieten die pneumatischen Öleinheiten einen komfortablen, sicheren und zuverlässigen Weg zur Schmierung aller kritischen Punkte innerhalb des pneumatischen Systems. Dies können folgende Bauteile beinhalten:

  • Linearzylinder
  • Radialmotoren
  • Schieber
  • Ventile


Die Komponenten müssen auf die Schmierung über den Volumenstrom ausgelegt sein.

Anwendung der Öleinheiten

Pneumatische Anwendungen haben den Vorteil, dass es offene Kreisläufe sind. Die Druckluft fließt nur in eine Richtung. Die ideale Position des Schmierstoffverneblers ist deshalb hinter der Wartungseinheit. Wenn die Druckluft die Entfeuchtung und ggf. Filterbatterie passiert hat, kann sie mit dem Ölnebel versetzt werden. Damit wird verhindert, dass der Ölnebel die Filter verstopft. Darüber hinaus wird mit dieser Bauweise sichergestellt, dass der Ölnebler nur mit bestens gereinigter Druckluft versorgt wird. Wasser und Staub im Öl senken die Schmierqualität und begünstigen einen inneren Verschleiß aller Komponenten. Durch die Positionierung des Ölneblers hinter der Wartungseinheit wird dieser Effekt vermieden.

Die Nebelöler aus unserem Programm lassen sich zusammen mit dem Entfeuchter und der Filtereinheit als Wartungseinheit verblocken. Diese Inline-Lösung ist ideal für mobile Anwendungen. Falls ein stationärer Einsatz vorgesehen ist, haben wir zusätzlich zur Blocklösung auch separate Öler im Programm. Diese lassen sich an beliebiger Stelle im Pneumatiksystem einbauen.

Baugrößen der Öleinheiten

Die Standardgröße der pneumatischen Öleinheiten entspricht den Modulen der Wartungseinheit. Naturgemäß nimmt die Ölmenge mit der Länge der Leitung und der Menge der zu schmierenden Anwendungen ab. Damit auch das letzte Modul ausreichend mit Schmierung versorgt ist, haben wir die Mini-Ölmodule im Programm. Diese versorgen auch Aktoren, welche zu weit von der stationären Lösung entfernt sind und können direkt in die Leitung am Aktor eingebracht werden.
